Sammy was fabulous: expert fitting on a bike I bought in Florida, competent cutting of integrated seatpost, cost-effective swapping out of components that were wrong for me. He and master mechanic Flick did all of this in ways that took my time/availability into account and got me on the road. Very grateful!
