Think twice about moving to St. Charles. My family bought a house and did some extensive remodeling and for some reason still not known to us the neighbor to the north of us would leave yard signs in the yard facing our house. When i say yard signs i mean signs with profanity. Made several police reports and went to the mayor/city council for help in which there was known. Perhaps if this current administration is voted out it may help but for now be careful. Look at photos and you will understand what lack of leadership looks like.
