The staff is courteous at times and try to help you with whatever your buying. Clean bathrooms and comfy mother's lounge. The kids shoe dept. Is always tidy and clean, there is a tv and play area to get that shopping done!

First time at this location. Shopped Lombard for about 20 years! Loved our experience today. Location is more convenient for us...especially today. We went for 9 year olds back to school shoes! Thrilled with helpful service. Met friend who was kid shoe shopping too. Raved about the store. Said all the things a clerk who stopped to help me had said about the store. Smaller, quieter! And it is great for me. The children's section is conveniently close to exit. Again good for me. And it exceeds the other location...although, we were mostly at Lombard for formals! Great finish to a lovely afternoon!
