Thru the good times and bad times and most importantly when dealing with losses Kelly and his team have always been there for us 100%. I trusted Kelly with our business insurance needs and with my personal insurance needs for almost 30 yrs... what more can I say.
When I called initially to obtain car insurance because my boyfriend referred me to then, it took them weeks to get me an estimate and get back to me. At first I assumed they may have just been busy. Then I called about vehicle insurance for my daughter, the same thing. Then again for life insurance. Finally I get a new vehicle and call for coverage. Two weeks after I call, I get a call from them reminding me my coverage will expire. I explained to the person who called that I called them a couple weeks ago for a policy. She apologized for the inconvenience, even though I expressed it's happen before. When I show up for our prearranged appointment, she isn't there. Didn't let me know that it wasn't a good time. I guess I at least have vehicle insurance....but this office has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I am also a professional, if I were to put off patients line this during my nursing career I would have been fired already. I can't wait until my boyfriend and I combine and get away from these people. And though I've always been polite, they yearly send my boyfriend a Christmas card/birthday card.....I've been with them for about 3 years now and I'm totally about done.
