Had a good experience here until my move out. Upon moving out we found mouse droppings in the unit and paint had been peeled off the furniture due to the high humidity in my "climate controlled unit". Also, there is no dumpster on site for guests to use. When asked, the manager said it would not be worth it to spend hundreds of dollars to have customer trash removed. I would spend your money elsewhere. Not a great price and you really do not get much. Denise was very nice when we signed, not very nice when we left.
Denise was fantastic. She walked us around the property - showed us a multitude of various unit type/styles. We decided on 2 of the larger units. Shame the in-store pricing isn't the same as the "web price".... she should solely get credit for the sale. The web produced nothing of value other than the introductory pricing. You cannot replace the human element - certainly, not in our experience with Denise.
Most excellent storage experience ever! The manager Denise was friendly, extremely helpful, accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our storage needs were thoroughly met. She also made sure the process of getting our things moved into storage there went pleasantly and smoothly with no detail over-looked. We are so happy to have found a safe place for storage with caring staff we can rely on for support and assistance.
